Who says breaking the rules can’t create something beautiful?
Inspired by the popular “busted canvas” art technique, this one of a kind piece creates the illusion of something bursting right through the surface of a traditional canvas. An ordinary canvas and a simple plastic skull have been reimagined into a vibrant Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) inspired creation. Rich autumn colors, colorful florals, and layers of dimensional details surround the beautifully transformed hand painted skull, celebrating life, creativity, and imagination.
Full of personality and texture, this unique piece can be displayed on a wall like traditional canvas art or showcased on a tabletop as a sculptural piece.
A colorful reminder that sometimes the most beautiful creations come from thinking outside the frame!
14” H x 11” W x 6” D (measured from the back of the canvas to the furthest point of the skull and floral embellishments).
